Gary M. Jacobs, M.D.
Dr. Gary M. Jacobs received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed an internship at the University of Florida and his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Maryland. Dr. Jacobs completed his Fellowship in corneal diseases at the University of California, Los Angeles Jules Stein Eye Institute in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Jacobs has practiced at Eye Physicians Medical/Surgical Center since 1981. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the San Diego County Medical Society, the San Diego Eye Bank and the California Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
He and his wife have two children and three grandchildren.
Gayle C. Howard, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Gayle C. Howard has practiced at Eye Physicians Medical/Surgical Center since 2007. She attended medical school at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. She completed an internship at Carillion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Dr. Howard completed her residency in ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine, and a Fellowship in glaucoma at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
Dr. Howard is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, the San Diego County Medical Society, the San Diego Eye Bank and the California Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Howard and her husband have two children.

Tania Kaczanowski, O.D.
Dr. Tania Kaczanowski has practiced at Eye Physicians Medical/Surgical Center since 1999. She attended optometry school at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Kaczanowski performs routine eye health screenings, and prescribes glasses and contact lenses. She excels in fitting specialty contact lenses for irregular corneas.
Farrah Sitto, O.D.
Dr. Farrah Sitto graduated from Southern California College of Optometry and earned her optometry degree with Magna Cum Laude Honors. She went on to complete her residency in ocular disease at VA Cincinnati Medical Eye Center in Cincinnati, Ohio serving the veterans. Dr. Sitto excels in both treatment and management of ocular disease with emphasis on glaucoma, dry eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetes.
